Deposits & withdrawals
Manual, reviewed by admin, posted to your wallet.
Depositing
- Open the Wallet page in the terminal.
- Click Request deposit and enter the amount.
- Send funds using the bank details shown.
- Admin verifies receipt and posts the credit — usually within one business day.
Withdrawing
- Make sure your KYC is verified.
- Open the Wallet page and click Request withdrawal.
- Enter the amount (it cannot exceed your free margin).
- Admin reviews and processes — typically within 1–2 business days.
Fees
There are no deposit or withdrawal fees from our side. Your bank may charge transfer fees.
Limits
- Minimum deposit: $100
- Minimum withdrawal: $50
- Daily withdrawal limit: $50,000 (higher on request)
Common reasons a request is held
- KYC documents missing or expired.
- Source-of-funds confirmation required for larger amounts.
- Open positions reducing free margin below the requested withdrawal.
