Who can open an account?+
Anyone over 18 in a jurisdiction where retail FX/CFD trading is permitted. We may decline accounts from restricted regions.
Is there a minimum deposit?+
Yes — $100 to start trading. Larger deposits are fine; admin reviews each request.
How do I fund my account?+
Submit a deposit request from the Wallet page. An admin reviews and credits your wallet once funds are received.
How do withdrawals work?+
Request a withdrawal from the Wallet page. Withdrawals are reviewed and processed within 1–2 business days.
What instruments can I trade?+
FX majors, crosses, gold (XAU/USD), and silver (XAG/USD). More instruments are added regularly.
What leverage do you offer?+
A fixed 1:100 on every account and every instrument.
What happens if my margin gets low?+
A margin call is triggered at 100% margin level and stop-out at 50%. Positions are auto-closed in the order most likely to restore margin.
Do you charge overnight swap?+
Yes — positions held past 22:00 server time are charged or credited the swap for that instrument. Wednesday swaps are tripled.
Is two-factor authentication supported?+
Yes. Enable TOTP from Settings using any authenticator app (Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy).
Can I export my trade history?+
Yes — CSV export for both fills and orders is on the History page.
